Q3: Do you have EVA case on the size of 20*18*8 cm?
A: We are afraid that we don’t have the same size as required, they are all custom-made. We will check if there is any similar mold. I’ll reply to you soon.

Q4: What’s the process of producing custom EVA case?

A: 1. Collect product information. Please provide the size, material, and process that you need to us. If there is design drawing or sample to provide us, it will be better.

2. Quote for you. Based on materials, size and quantity, we will offer you the unit price and mold cost.

3. Make samples. The sample is for free, but mold. If it is necessary to make the mould, there will be mold cost. The quantity of mold is based on the design drawing.

4. Confirm samples. After confirming the samples, we will send you PI (Proforma Invoice)

5. 30% Deposit Payment. Basically, we will receive 30% deposit at first, then start mass production.

6. Delivery the goods. The mass production is done. After confirming quality of goods, we will receive 70% balance before delivery.

7. The order is done. thank you for the cooperation, and welcome to next order.

Q5:What is manufacturing process for EVA Case ?

A:1. Make the mold for custom design 

2. Laminating EVA with outside material and lining material.

3. Cutting the laminated EVA into pieces of the proper size Normally, the size of laminated EVA is 1.4m*3.6m. 

4. Thermoforming laminated EVA pieces on hot press.

5. Trimming unnecessary edge with die-cut mold.

6. Sewing / Assembling. Attach accessories to the unfinished EVA case. Accessories include a zipper, binding material, mesh pocket, handle and etc.

7. Quality control and delivery.
